The Fishing Report For This Week Is Very Similar To Last Week
Fish Are Still Being Caught In The Pencil Weeds And Bulrush Around Kings Bar Around To Harney Pond And In The Grass Area Near Okeechobee Pier. However With The Lake Level Now Below 12ft, These Areas Are Very Shallow Which Is Good For Fishing Because The Fish Don’t Have Much Room To Hide, So Make Sure You Don’t Over Fish The, (As Far As Too Deep)
However The River Has Been Hot, The Fish Have Been Found From 9ft-20ft Deep With Minnows And Minnow Tips Jigs, Further Up The River And At The Mouth Of The River Have Been Consistently Producing Fish. Alot Of Fish In The River Still Have Eggs In Them Which Means We Still Have Another Way Of Crappie That Will Be Moving In The Shallows To Spawn In The Upcoming Days And Weeks
As Far As The South Side, It’s Uh….Hit Or Miss..I Still Have Reports Of Fish Being Caught Around Tree Island During The Day But That’s About It.
